Shop number 7 itself, with a private area of approximately thirty square metres (30.00 m²).
The said shop comprises a first floor known as a mezzanine, of the same area.
b) As co-ownership and compulsory joint ownership:
- Twenty-nine/ten-thousandths (29/10,000ths) of the general common areas of the complex;
- Eighty-twentieth of a thousand (80/20,000ths) of the special communal areas at the Batta Shopping Centre.
Cadastral income: one thousand five hundred and ninety-one euros (1,591.00 EUR).
