Material: Fixed mixing bowl, central dividing shaft and kneading spiral made entirely of stainless steel (SS).

Controls: Analogue control panel on the front, fitted with two mechanical timers for automatic control of kneading times (speeds 1 and 2), a selector switch for automatic operation, a central emergency stop and manual start buttons. Fitted with a red main switch on the side of the head.
