Glue system: Fitted with the well-known Holz-Her cartridge glue system (hot-melt) for a fast warm-up time and efficient glue application.

Control panel: Analogue/digital control panel fitted with two digital Holz-Her temperature controllers, a main switch and selector switches for the power units.

Unit sequence: * Automatic material feed / edge feed (roll magazine on the left-hand side).

Glue station (cartridge feed).

Pressure unit for firmly pressing the edge.

Cutting set (front and rear cross-cut saws).

Milling unit (top and bottom milling for trimming the edges).

Feed system: Chain feed / transport chain with stable rubber pressure blocks and a retractable roller conveyor (support guide) for wide panels.

Mobile frame: Mounted on a sturdy base fitted with 4 swivel castors for easy movement within the workshop.
